Spring seems to symbolize, fresh beginnings and a return of life and energy. For me, part of that is the increased amount of sunlight. Dark and cold days make me want to hibernate like a bear, but the sunshine makes me want to get outside and feel alive. For some people the changing of seasons can result in drastic changes in mood and energy. This is also related to the amount of light the person is getting and the length of days. Seasonal Affect Disorder or SAD is a real thing and people who have this condition can feel confused about why their mood has changed, if they are unaware of the condition. Pay attention and see if you notice a difference in yourself depending on how much light you get on a certain day and compare that to another day where your exposure is markedly different. You will most likely notice some change.
