When you come to a therapy session, I want you to feel like you can leave the world behind and can completely be yourself. When you walk out of a session, I want you to feel like things are clearer or like your problems are little bit less. I want you to know your own value and believe in yourself. You will begin to feel hope for the future that will slowly become strength and excitement.
