If you answered yes to more than one or two of the items on the list above , it's time to make some changes. This is not as good as it gets. You can be giving, loving and helpful and take care of yourself. Totally burning yourself out will leave nothing left to give to those you care about. If you are a mom, this is not the example you want to set for your children. Let them have a happy, healthy mom. Let them learn how to live a fulfilling and joyful life.
