Scripps Ranch and Bankers Hill Therapist Sara Cole.
If you are a member of generation X, you probably would agree with the title of this article. This woman, lets call her Jenny, wants to be all things to all people. She want to achieve at her highest potential, have a great relationship, have enough money to live comfortably, stay forever young or at least look like it, and I could go on. Jenny is anxious, tired, questioning the point of life, facing her own mortality, wondering if she has made the right decisions in life and probably doesn't talk about it "because things could be so much worse". But guess what, it's okay to talk about your struggles and to even make positive changes in you life . . . even if things could be worse. They could also be better right?
This is a topic I am so interested in and have been doing a great deal of research and talking and thinking about. I am in this age group and I know so many brilliant, kind, funny women, motivated women that are struggling as they enter this stage of life and I want to help them be their best selves and live their best lives. This article says it all pretty well, better than I could say it here. So if any of this catches your attention I highly suggest you take a few minutes to click the link and read the article. You can't be everything to everyone but, you can be peaceful, happy and satisfied with yourself and your life, so GO GET IT.
